DEVELOPMENT STAGE I. (2020-2023)
Swiss Think Tank of Achieving the vision of future development of the Food Education

- Creating an improved network of food education actors within Switzerland
- Adding further cooperation networks, advisors and professionals from Switzerland and abroad
- A vision to create a roof association for food education in the future (no similar concepts in CH)
- Cooperation with respected organizations
- Strategic and implementation partners
- A delivery of continuing education for professionals to better understand and transform their ideas

- Co-organization of food education sessions/workshops (e.g., Mobile Teaching Kitchen)
- Connecting chefs, science and communities
- Cooperation on projects and consulting services
- Focusing on specific topics (short-term goals, impact investing, future of food education, etc.)
- Interfacing with chefs, students, current and future professionals, science and communities


DEVELOPMENT STAGE II. (2024-2025)
Establishing an Interfaculty of Tomorrow / Academic Model

- Chefs, science, students and other actors working on food education programs together
- Developing a new model of delivery of food education sessions with a low-investment implementation
- Developing program categories (key areas which need to be improved)
- Creating a learning platform for all (sustainable education for all)
- Forming a new sustainable table
- Mobile teaching kitchen, digital apps and other methods of delivery of education
- Future collaboration model Teacher vs. Student
- Exploring food and education through recipes and landscapes - waters, forests, meadows, fields,

Plan and vision to turn the objectives and activities into a respected organization

- to create a roof and a multipurpose platform for the dialogue about sustainability, collaboration

- to cover all required criteria for being an organization with a consultative status
- to deepen the international cooperation
- to be able to successfully implement the agenda, its goals and mission
- to secure a life-long learning platform for new start-ups, innovators, professionals and communities
